Legume Nitrification

Legume Nitrification is a magazine article covering an exploration on aquaponics as a way to act as a bioindicator for the White River located in Muncie, IN. The river has decades of pollution history that makes it harder to manage pollution levels. Using legumes as the bioindicator allows for people to know when there is too much nitrogen within the water. The article features imagery from the project, future architecture plans for the greenhouses over the rivers, and locations to where the structures will go along the river.
